Do I have to register on the website to attend a Grand Rounds event?

No, you do not have to register on the website to attend a live DHLC Grand Rounds event. However, if you would like to earn AMA Category-1 credits, you will need to register on the website and enroll in the classes of your choice.


Do I need a Zoom account to watch a Ground Rounds online?

Yes, you need to create a free Zoom account using the email you use on DeborahCME.org. For security reasons, the system requires verification of users logging in.


Do I just sign in at the live event?

You need to sign in at the live event for validation of attendance, but you must also check in to the class on DeborahCME.org at least 1 hour before it starts in order to access and complete the pretest.


Why don’t I see the posttest and evaluation?

You must complete the pretest first, then click Continue in order to gain access to the posttest and evaluation.


What steps do I have to take to get my certificate of completion?

You must take the pretest, attend the class (virtually or in person), and complete the posttest and evaluation on DeborahCME.org in order to receive your certificate of completion.


What if I forget to complete the posttest and evaluation?

You have 30 days after a class ends to complete the steps required to receive a certificate of completion. You will receive an email reminder before the 30 days expires. If you fail to complete the requirements within the 30 days, you will be unenrolled from the class and will not receive credit.


What is the Deborah CME refund policy?

All payments for CME classes are non-refundable.

    • If you are registering for an Online class, you will have 30 days from the date you begin the video to complete the class, testing and evaluation before being withdrawn.
    • If you are registering for an In-person or Live Webinar class, you will have 30-days from the date of the event to complete the class, testing and evaluation before being withdrawn.
    • If you are registering for an In-person or Live Webinar class but are unable to attend as planned, you will be given the option to complete the class, testing and evaluation online instead until 30 days after the live presentation was held.
