In this presentation, Dr. Beizaeipour will review current guidelines and indications for revascularization in stable coronary artery disease and discuss how to implement these guidelines in an up-to-date cardiology practice.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  1. Identify advantages and disadvantages of coronary angiography in the evaluation of patients with known or suspected coronary artery disease.
  2. Determine the best course of action in guiding revascularization in stable coronary artery disease through the application of indications and principles.
  3. Differentiate the risks and benefits of revascularization versus medical therapy and select appropriate interventions for specific patient subsets.
