- Determine diagnosis and analyze treatment options for atherosclerotic disease in the cervical carotid arteries
- Apply evidence based guidelines for carotid disease management to determine the carotid interventions that will achieve the best patient outcomes.
- Recognize indications for performing carotid stenting versus endarterectomy and become familiar with TransCarotid Artery Revascularization (TCAR)
