This presentation will focus on helping physicians recognize stress and burnout in themselves and the healthcare team.  Dr. Carneiro will highlight the summary of the literature on physician wellness and resilience.

  3. Improve self-reflective practice
  4. Recommend next steps to health care team to improve burnout in self and team members
